Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our AdNav platform, shaping a unified user experience across our software suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design vision for the AdNav user experience across all software touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to understand technical requirements and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that promotes consistency, scalability, and cross-platform alignment.
  • Create prototypes to test and validate design decisions early and often with real users.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Lead UX discovery workshops, mapping user journeys and personas for different customer segments.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying UX gaps and usability opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in interaction design or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specs.
  • Strong UX research practices and familiarity with usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and front-end development constraints.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
