Support Professional Role

We are seeking passionate individuals with a genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible.

As a Support Worker, you will be providing support and assistance to clients who require sensitive care and understanding of complex behaviors. You will need to be empathetic, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to keep up with documentation requirements.

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers is essential.
  • The ability to meet physical demands, including manual handling tasks, is also required.

To succeed in this role, you must hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications, checks, and qualifications, including a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver's License.
