Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional and personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in finding the perfect gift or jewelry item, providing product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales.
  • Operational Tasks: Complete tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, and merchandising to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales Skills: Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets, with a passion for selling and a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to multitask.
