Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project delivery team and office manager to achieve optimal results.

  • Develop and mentor talent across the team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple shopfitting projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and meeting quality benchmarks.
  • Support Project Managers with planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Review and refine operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement robust documentation, scheduling, and tracking systems for seamless operation.
  • Enhance communication and visibility of workloads using appropriate tools and practices.
  • Manage operational costs and ensure project profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide valuable insights for quoting and delivery decisions.
  • Communicate effectively internally with estimating, sales, and stakeholders to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure smooth communication with external suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Guarantee compliance with WHS requirements on all sites.
  • Develop risk assessments and safety plans across operations.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in an operations or senior project management role, preferably in construction/shopfitting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to build a strong culture and drive accountability.
  • Strong understanding of commercial project delivery processes.
  • Ability to manage teams, budgets, timelines, and operational systems confidently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to command respect, set clear standards, and support change management.
