Campus Marketing Coordinators Job Description

This role is a key position within the Marketing and Enrolments Team, responsible for developing and implementing a campus marketing plan consistent with the overall marketing strategies of the College. The successful candidate will be responsible for communications to school families via internal communications platforms, newsletters and social media.

The Campus Marketing Coordinator will report to the Head of Marketing and Enrolments and will be part of a cross-campus Marketing and Enrolments team. This role will involve fostering relationships with school families and the wider community, coordinating marketing and community-building events for the campus, and engaging with school staff to collect and communicate campus news to the local College community.

The ideal candidate will have marketing or related qualifications, experience developing and implementing marketing plans, good written and oral communication skills, photography/videography skills and content creation experience, and enjoy connecting with people. They will also have demonstrated ability to work with members of a cross-disciplinary professional team both as a peer and a manager, and be able to demonstrate a track record of being able to work without close supervision.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm). There are two positions available, one based at our Reedy Creek Campus and one at our Pimpama Campus. The successful candidate will have excellent career progression opportunities and will be supported by specialists within the Marketing and Enrolments team.
