Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

A diverse role with a mix of customer service, logistics, and warehouse work is available for a motivated and organised individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at the internal sales counter.
  • Support the office team with administrative tasks, including order processing, scheduling, and general office duties.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with loading and organising deliveries in line with company standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Drive short local trips and regional runs when required.
  • Manage accurate delivery records and support logistics planning.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current driver's licence, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck Licence.
  • Be willing to obtain a Forklift Licence (training provided if not already certified).
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Display a flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required.
