The successful candidate will be working across three of our Marine Operations sites, Dover, Okehampton, and Strahan. This role involves working on a 7/7 roster, which means working 7 days on and then 7 days off.

This position requires hands-on, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about aquaculture and possess the following attributes:

  • A positive attitude towards continuous improvement
  • A current drivers' license
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
  • A high standard of safety awareness and compliance
  • The right to work full-time in Australia

Prior experience in either a factory or marine setting would be beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Assist with the offloading of fish from our harvest vessel into our processing facility
  • Clean up the area after the offloading of fish
  • Monitor and control the flow and speed of fish from the harvest vessel to the factory via computer screens
  • Perform general maintenance and upkeep of vessel and equipment
