Key responsibilities

  • Operate industrial mixing equipment in line with production specifications, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to recipe requirements.
  • Monitor product consistency and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Follow all food handling and safety guidelines, minimizing waste and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production targets, promoting a positive and efficient team environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently, with strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong team player attitude.
