We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of material handling equipment.

  • Maintain and repair material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant trade qualification, such as a Forklift Mechanic or Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic certificate.
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
