Job Title

An experienced IT systems engineer is required to join our technology team.

  • This role will focus on designing, implementing and optimizing robust IT infrastructure solutions that support both internal operations and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement and manage scalable IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking and cloud environments.
  2. Lead systems integration across on-premises, cloud and edge environments.
  3. Administer and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  4. Configure, maintain and enhance network infrastructure LAN WAN SD WAN VPNs and firewalls.
  5. Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity measures zero-trust IAM SIEM malware antivirus.
  6. Develop and maintain backup disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
  7. Manage M365 environments Entra ID Intune Teams and user access controls.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure projects providing technical leadership and clear documentation.
  9. Support end-users with Level 2/3 technical issues and deliver training where required.
  10. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve performance security and scalability.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar IT systems engineering role is required.
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows and Linux server environments enterprise networking cloud platforms virtualization security frameworks and IT OT systems.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT Computer Science or Engineering are preferred.
  • Professional certifications are highly regarded.
