Apprentice Maintenance Fitter Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a nationally recognized qualification in the field of Mechanical Engineering. You will be working with a well-established company located near the heart of Adelaide, earning a salary while gaining your qualification.
About the Role:
- You will operate and adjust production machines to create parts or tools, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.
- Run diagnostic checks and troubleshoot problems in production to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Design new components and systems using CAD/CAM systems, applying your creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Repair machines and build components in repair facilities, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Use programs to monitor machine processes and performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize productivity.
- Cut, thread, bend, and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines, showcasing your manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
Key Requirements:
- You must be an Australian citizen or have full Australian working rights.
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
- A car and driver's license are desirable, but not mandatory.
- Completion of Year 10 is preferred, but not required.
- You must be willing to undertake formal and on-the-job training while working towards your Certificate III qualification.
