Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Specialist to manage our niche claims portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in liability claims, specifically public and commercial liability.
Job RequirementsThe successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing and servicing a portfolio of 90-110 claims, with expertise in interpreting insurance policies and providing technical advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims end-to-end, including attending and running settlement conferences
- Provide timely, clear, and concise written and verbal communications to clients
- Represent the insurer and client at mediations/conferences and negotiation

Requirements:
- Experience within claims management across public and/or commercial liability
- Previous experience with Lloyds is highly desirable but not mandatory
