About this role:

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager. In this capacity, you'll be responsible for leading and guiding direct reports, conducting regular meetings, and offering constructive feedback.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and provide recommendations on hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to direct reports

  • Act as an escalation point for the Professional Services team
  • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends
  • Lead onboarding processes and coordinate training and mentoring programs
  • Provide reporting statistics and lead by example
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
