Our Operations APAC West division provides essential engineering, procurement, construction, optimization, and technical services to the Oil & Gas industry, maintaining long-standing partnerships with leading producers in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized Engineering degree and substantial experience in a similar Lead Mechanical or Principal Mechanical Engineering position, with over 15 years of relevant design engineering experience in the Oil & Gas production or processing sectors.
Key qualifications include:
- Expertise in Mechanical engineering, with a deep understanding of advanced engineering principles and techniques, demonstrated in a complex multi-discipline environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with extensive supervisory experience, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on safety and best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and the ability to apply technical practices, codes, and standards effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solutions-oriented approach, adept at managing risks throughout the design process while meeting safety and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including proficiency in technical report writing and professional presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, spreadsheets, and commercial engineering software.
- A commitment to energy security and transition, with a vision for navigating future energy models and enhancing client efficiency and sustainability.
- A customer-centric approach, capable of building trusted relationships with stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence.
Previous experience in a client-facing leadership role on a significant long-term Engineering Service Contract in Brownfields Oil & Gas will be a distinct advantage.
