Job Title: Spa Assistant

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the smooth operation of the spa by performing various tasks and duties as required;

    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the salon, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines;
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized services;
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment;
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a similar role or sales background;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues;
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
    • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts and respond to changing situations;
    • Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism;
