About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our clinics. You will work closely with our team to provide tailored solutions and support to customers, helping them to rediscover all the emotions of sound.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform hearing screening checks and maintenance tasks
  • Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support
  • Confirm and schedule customer appointments through diary management
  • SOURCE external lead generation opportunities

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office etc)
  • Administration experience an advantage but full training provided
