Job Overview:

The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee the efficient selection and packaging of customer orders, manage stock levels, communicate with other departments, and lead operational staff to achieve organisational goals.

This is a PM shift role, 2pm - 10pm, in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have two years of warehouse management experience, exposure to 3PL environments, and knowledge of FMCG working practices.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can utilise internal systems, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and mentor team members to achieve success within set deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Select and package customer orders accurately
  • Manage stock levels according to established procedures
  • Communicate and collaborate with all other departments and roles within site operations
  • Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure organisational objectives are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years warehouse management experience
  • Exposure to 3PL environment
  • An understanding of a FMCG working environment
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing effective teams
