As a technology services professional, you will be the key representative of our digital services at various sites. You will report to a senior manager who oversees our digital workplace strategy.

This position requires a deep understanding of end-user computing solutions and a commitment to maintaining high standards, enhancing security, and improving our risk posture.

You will work closely with our team to deliver endpoint management enhancements, implement CIS hardening of endpoint devices, and provide AV support for meeting rooms, digital signage, and video conferencing.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who is passionate about investigating, solving problems, and continuously learning new technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver endpoint management enhancements
  • Implementing CIS hardening of endpoint devices
  • Providing AV support for meeting rooms, digital signage, and video conferencing
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in end-user computing solutions
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security and risk management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • CISSP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with CIS hardening and endpoint management
  • Knowledge of AV systems and digital signage
