Program Lead

This role will oversee regional programs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services in accordance with Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end regional programs using formal PMO processes, including charter development, timeline management, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination across regions.
  • Manage site operations, conduct daily inspections, coordinate subcontracted services per maintenance plans, maintain computerized systems, and oversee third-party service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers while managing satisfaction levels, preparing monthly reports, and delivering services per contract KPIs.
  • Ensure site financial operations meet targets, manage purchase orders, track spending against budgets, and perform CAPEX/OPEX forecasting.
  • Take ownership of all IFM projects as single point of contact, perform capital planning, complete forecasting processes, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Implement operational risk management programs, maintain disaster recovery plans, and coordinate health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, maintain compliance records, negotiate service level agreements, conduct performance reviews, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Evaluate operations for alignment with client priorities, implement best practices, maintain computerized systems, and support sustainability initiatives.
