Customer Service Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Customer Service Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires strong administration skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Wholesale Brand Managers to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
  • Deliver Key Operational Objectives for the Wholesale business.
  • Manage wholesale accounts daily, allocating stock and working closely with the Accounts Department to understand credit management.
  • Assist with running key stock reports, attending brand range releases, conferences, and weekly sales meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated 2 years administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail, apparel & footwear products, supported by sufficient business skills.
  • Tertiary degree in business with a sales focus is desirable.
  • Industry Exposure - Sales, Retail, Sports, Apparel, Account Management.
  • Experience in AP21 (preferred), Excel & Outlook.
