Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving growth, retention, and engagement through lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and personalisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing digital marketing team of four, developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering sustained database growth, customer retention, and loyalty.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, CRM) and oversee execution and optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and technology providers.
  • Deliver reporting and insights that influence strategy and drive continuous improvement.

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with proven success in CRM, retention, and customer growth.
