About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. You will work collaboratively with a supportive group of health professionals to empower clients to live their best possible lives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored interventions to enhance client independence, mobility, and confidence.
- Work in various settings, including rehabilitation and community environments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal outcomes.
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with a relevant degree.
- Proven experience working with aged care services and community settings.
- Strong understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
