Head of Cyber Security

Lead the Cyber Security practice at Macquarie Cloud Services, a leading Cloud Services organization in Australia. As the Head of Cyber Security, you will oversee all aspects of product management, architecture, and security operations. You will work closely with our exceptional principal consultants, sales, and demand generation teams to grow the Cyber Security business. Your role will involve engaging with prospects and customers to identify opportunities and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Define the business plan and go-to-market strategy for Cyber Security.
- Drive pipeline and deliver growth based on expanding Cyber Security revenue.
- Build and develop an exceptional sales enablement program.
- Work with strategic partners to deliver the most cost-effective solution, driving impactful ROI.
- Feed and inform product development to ensure the product catalogue meets customer needs and expectations.
- Define a cost optimisation strategy.

- 7+ years of experience in C-level/Head of or leadership role in an IT services business.
- Strong SME and ability to define and build Cyber product offerings.
- Experience closing business deals in the mid-large Corporate IT market.
- Strong experience across Azure security products.
- Demonstrated experience in deal and contract negotiation skills.
- Worked in or for a business that has sold Cyber Security Managed Services as a core competency.
- Having strong domain expertise in cyber security products.
- Ideally, technical background.
- Experience developing and executing new business development strategy for Australia along with sales enablement programs.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to build and iterate product sets to suit the market is desirable.
