Atlassian Technical Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the effective management of platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Atlassian administration (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) and proven experience in Atlassian Cloud support and on-prem to cloud migrations.

  • Leading the administration and optimization of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Designing and maintaining complex workflows, permission schemes, and automation within JIRA.
  • Overseeing and supporting Confluence configurations to enable effective cross-functional documentation practices.
  • Managing and executing server-to-cloud migration for Atlassian tools, ensuring compliance with internal data governance and security requirements.
  • Acting as a senior escalation point, providing expert-level support to end-users.
  • Driving platform improvements through proactive monitoring and analysis, in response to stakeholder feedback and requirements.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Atlassian administration (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Proven experience in Atlassian Cloud support and on-prem to cloud migrations.
  • Expertise in complex workflow design, permissions, schemes, and automation in JIRA.
  • Understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to provide first-level support and guidance for business and development teams.
