Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to lead structured application testing for critical corporate systems within the aerospace, defence services, and manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing testing in regulated industries, with a focus on compliance, security, and quality standards relevant to aerospace and defence manufacturing.

This role will drive the implementation of test management tools like Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Test Planning and test automation frameworks such as Selenium, ensuring repeatable, auditable, and efficient testing processes.

Leadership skills are essential to manage and mentor junior test analysts and automation developers in a secure and compliance-driven environment.

Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.

Some domestic travel may be required.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage structured testing activities for corporate systems supporting aerospace and defence manufacturing and commercial airplane fabrication and assembly operations.
  • Ensure testing processes comply with relevant industry regulations and organizational security policies.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing testing in regulated industries, preferably aerospace, defence, or manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of test management tools, especially Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Test Planning, and hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium.
