About the Role

We are seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individual to join our Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy as a Trainee. This 12-month traineeship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while completing an accredited Certificate in Business.

As a Trainee, you will be part of a team dedicated to running, improving, and transforming processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to our customers. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as loan establishment, payment processing, and customer verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments, and verifying customer details
  • Develop strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of processes and procedures
