Job Title: Bid Writer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Writer to join our team on a permanent basis.

  1. Production of high-quality written content that clearly articulates our value proposition for various tenders, proposals, and expressions of interest;
  2. Reviewing client documentation and submission requirements to draft clear and concise responses;
  3. Liaising with stakeholders to develop key messages and win themes;
  4. Managing multiple submissions concurrently while maintaining quality standards;

About the Role

This is an ideal position for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in business writing, tender preparation, and project management. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar technical/business writing position, preferably within a civil, engineering, and construction environment;
  • Strong knowledge of business writing principles, including time management, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development;
  • Ability to travel to project sites and meet with operational stakeholders as required;
  • Relevant qualifications or formal training in business/proposal/tender writing.
