Job Summary:

We are seeking a Civil & Structural Design Leader to spearhead civil and structural design delivery across mining and industrial projects.

  • Drive strategic planning for civil & structural design initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive drawings, specifications & reports
  • Provide geotechnical data interpretation support
  • Foster collaboration with clients & deliver tailored solutions
  • Mentor and manage junior engineers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or equivalent)
  • RPEQ or CPEng registration (or in progress)
  • Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, Prokon)
  • Experience in mining & industrial infrastructure development
  • Leadership & mentoring capabilities
