Counter Sales Associate Job Description

The role of Counter Sales Associate involves directly servicing customers via phone and email on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities will include processing orders, inquiries, and quotations every day, consistently achieving a high level of customer service. You will confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.

You will also make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations and assist them with any inquiries regarding e-commerce.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of inside sales or customer service experience. A proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships is essential.

Strong multitasking and time management skills are also required, as well as being computer literate and having AS400 experience, which would be an asset.

The ideal candidate will also have electrical apprenticeship experience, which is considered an advantage, and be a team player with product knowledge of the electrical business.
