Packing Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Packing Operations Manager to oversee our early morning packing operations. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards, staying organized, and promoting teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of packers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain quality control and packing standards
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets
  • Support new team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food packing or production, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable and able to work early morning shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
