About the Role

  • You will oversee the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
  • Create lasting connections with your local community through partnerships with families and marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
  • Mentor and support the Centre(s) to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role is necessary.
  • A current Working with Children's Check is mandatory.
  • Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards is essential.
