RACV Healesville Country Club, a luxury day spa retreat in the heart of the Yarra Valley, is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join their team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional treatments and services to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will work alongside our experienced management team to ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard. Your duties will include:

  • Performing a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, spa treatments, and relaxation massage
  • Assisting guests with queries and providing in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products
  • Assisting with reception duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and booking appointments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a specific focus on spa treatments
  • Experience in day spa settings, specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to actively promote, sell, and upgrade products and services
  • Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation at all times
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive access to RACV staff benefits, including discounts on RACV services and products.
