Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retail Management Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing strong product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

The role involves participation in and completion of the management development training program, induction of new team members, and completing administrative tasks in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
  • A current driver's license
