Job Description:

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs. They possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to provide and improve feedback to their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting, coaching, and motivating the team to meet and exceed store targets
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
  • Acting as a leader when required, including opening and closing the store
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

We are seeking someone who can create a safe working environment for their team and customers, while delivering memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
