We are seeking a seasoned Retail Leader to oversee the sales and customer service team at our boutique.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the boutique meets its sales targets and profitability goals
  • S supervising, developing, and supporting staff to meet and/or exceed individual sales plans
  • Fostering a strong focus on client development and providing a high level of customer service
  • Working in line with the strategic direction set by our leadership team

You will possess a strong understanding of retail operations, including sales strategies, inventory management, and customer service best practices.

Key duties include establishing individual and collective goals for the team, providing exceptional customer service, developing and managing VIP clients, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service.

We seek a leader with at least 3+ years of retail people management leadership experience, proven ability to meet & exceed KPI's, and demonstrates a team player attitude with great interpersonal skills.
