  • Job Summary:

Take hold of a career opportunity in sustainability by joining our team as a Facilities and Sustainability Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the overall operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and members.

As a key member of our People Services and Enablement team, you will be responsible for managing facility services, vendors, and contractors to service level agreements in accordance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and relocations on a national level
  • Managing end-to-end design, implementation, and documentation of building access and security systems
  • Developing and implementing sustainability programs and initiatives, including energy conservation measures, waste reduction programs, and renewable energy implementation
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve workplace budget and sustainability goals
  • Collecting and analyzing data related to building performance, energy consumption, waste generation, and other sustainability metrics

Requirements:

  • Project management experience in large facilities across multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and sustainability principles
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Innovative thinking to develop solutions, identify, and resolve issues promptly
