Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs that are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the needs of our employees.
  • Lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, growth, and capability building, and champion our Inclusion and Diversity efforts.
  • Manage change initiatives and ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Mentor and support our Learning, Training, and OD teams to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Run projects that build leadership, boost culture, and make Feros Care the place to be.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the impact of your initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organisational Learning, Facilitation, Adult Learning, Engagement, and Organisational Development.
  • Proven success in Project Management and leading Organisational Change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage, lead, and train a diverse team of staff and contractors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and sharing specialist knowledge within a collaborative team environment.
