About this opportunity

This role involves providing expert guidance and support to potential clients, ensuring they receive personalized care solutions tailored to their needs. As the first point of contact, you will build strong relationships with clients and their families, delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.

You will be responsible for conducting home visits, responding to client enquiries, and identifying their care requirements. This requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and relevant experience working with seniors or aged care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Strong Relationships: You will establish trust and confidence with clients and their families, creating a positive impression of Home Instead.
  • Service Enquiries: You will promptly follow up on all client enquiries, offering suitable home care options and providing valuable advice.
  • Care Consultation and Client Onboarding: You will help clients set goals and identify their care needs, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Home Care Packages: You will stay up-to-date on the latest home care package requirements, providing expert knowledge to clients.
About You:
  • You must have valid work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
  • You should possess previous experience working with seniors or aged care, along with strong engagement, influencing, and negotiating skills.
