Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

This key role ensures seamless operations in purchasing, inventory management, production documentation, and outbound delivery. Accuracy, supply chain continuity, and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for despatch and freight management
  • Manage purchasing, supplier communication, and procurement planning effectively
  • Oversee inventory control, receipting, and cycle counting processes
  • Perform final quality checks on products before despatch
  • Closing work orders and ensuring accurate production documentation
  • Support the team by leading by example and resolving issues constructively
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, with some background in procurement, dispatch, and inventory management
  • Strong forecasting and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous leadership or team coordination experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Licence to operate a LF Forklift (a must)
