Job Overview

This is a compelling opportunity to collaborate with innovative products in the pharmaceutical industry as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist. As a key contributor to our client's growing team, you will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of our portfolio to GPs, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with GPs, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to drive product awareness and achieve sales objectives.
  2. Conduct educational presentations and product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  3. Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
  4. Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medicinal cannabis with a strong network within primary care and/or pharmacy channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Knowledge of TGA regulations and ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory to meet clients and attend business meetings.
