Job Title: Sustainability SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to support our strategic account. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sustainability outcomes across a high-profile property portfolio.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely NABERS ratings and certifications, identifying opportunities to improve sustainability performance, and supporting monthly monitoring of sustainability data across the office portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver accurate and timely NABERS ratings and certifications
  • Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance
  • Support monthly monitoring of sustainability data across the office portfolio
  • Facilitate data-driven analytics to enhance energy and water efficiency
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
  • Conduct TLA assessments and prepare certification submittals
  • Assist in achieving account KPIs and improving asset-level sustainability performance
  • Provide insights for ESG ratings and investor disclosures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Engineering, or Property
  • Several years experience in sustainability within the building environment
  • NABERS (Offices) and CBD Assessor accreditation
  • NABERS Carbon Neutral Assessor accreditation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience with Green Star, WELL, and GRESB reporting frameworks
