As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a tailored support plan for each participant, addressing their unique needs and goals.
Main Responsibilities- Create a personalized support plan for each client, focusing on their specific needs and objectives;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Facilitate the development of essential life skills among participants, including resume writing, interview preparation, and time management;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of employment services and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups and build meaningful relationships;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Commitment to upholding atWork Australia's values and promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding;
- Hold a current Drivers Licence.
