In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our clients to identify their career aspirations and develop personalized plans to achieve them. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local employers, sourcing job opportunities, and facilitating the placement of participants into sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working one-on-one with clients to understand their career goals and aspirations
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to achieve career objectives
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
  • Facilitating the placement of participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work to KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment
