Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a part-time lunch cover position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children and is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma qualification, experience as a Educator, and a strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards. They will be comfortable working with both children and their families in a warm and trusting manner and will be able to contribute collaboratively to a professional team and organisational culture.

This role will involve supporting and assisting the teachers and other educators, supervising outdoor play, participating in learning experiences with indoor activities, assisting with lunch and providing lunch break support for staff, setting up and packing away play activities, working with children with additional needs, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and demonstrating effective time management skills.

">

The successful applicant will have a passion for authentic indoor and outdoor play programs and will be committed to ongoing reflective practice. They will also be required to attend and actively participate in staff meetings and ongoing paid professional development opportunities as appropriate or as directed by the Educational Leader/Nominated Supervisor.
