Flexible Insurance Specialist Role

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home and our office. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be providing support to client-facing teams with diverse portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to account specialists regarding client insurance needs
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to support their insurance requirements
- Participate in insurance policy renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely
- Attend client meetings and contribute to tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with senior specialists, underwriters, and client managers
- Enhance the client experience through exceptional customer service
