Retail Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our customers across Southern stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, sales or customer-facing roles and be willing to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the customer face of our bank, delivering service in person, by phone and digitally.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities, including insurance and lending referrals to support their financial wellbeing.
- Work to meet customers' transactional banking needs and advocate for our mission to reinvest profits into Tasmanian communities.
- Experience in retail, sales or customer-facing roles; banking experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture; able to thrive with on-the-job training and potential to undertake formal qualifications.
We offer permanent (full-time or part-time) hours available Monday to Friday in our Southern Stores. This role is open until filled.
