About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Researcher in Bayesian Statistics to join our team at The International Society for Bayesian Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in Bayesian statistics and data science, and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers and professionals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant mathematical science, and will have demonstrated research ability in Bayesian statistics and data science. You will also have evidence of effective teaching experience, a strong publication record in top-tier journals, and a capacity to continue productive research at the international level.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in Bayesian statistics and data science
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques in Bayesian statistics and data science
- Collaborate with other researchers and professionals to advance the field of Bayesian statistics and data science
- Teach and mentor students in Bayesian statistics and data science
