Job Profile Overview

A Product Support Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional technical product support to customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and partners via various communication channels.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ESET products, with a focus on at least one key product and a solid understanding of the rest.
  • Analyze customer requests, gather relevant information, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Document customer interactions, processes, and procedures to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Enhance troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of existing products, their components, and relevant tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Consult superiors on problems and risks in a timely manner.
  • Pursue continuous learning and skill development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience working with technical documentation and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
