About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora's Karrinyup Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to clients.
  • Drive a selling culture, exceeding KPIs and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment, confidently making store decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, with a strong background in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
