About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the rest of the dynamic team to ensure the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising.
- Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers, ensuring they have a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
- Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
Requirements:
- Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty).
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
